The standard offer covers one residence up to 2,500 sq ft. Mention an ADU, a second dwelling, substantial acreage or restricted access early so the coverage is right for your listing.

Does ZIP code 95391 qualify?

That ZIP can refer to Tracy or Mountain House. Choose the property’s actual city: Tracy is eligible for the local package, while Mountain House needs a custom quote. A ZIP match alone does not confirm coverage.

What if the home is larger than 2,500 sq ft?

Larger homes use the applicable size tier or a custom quote. A second dwelling, an ADU or special coverage also needs an agreed scope. Use the city and size selector to see the relevant starting rate.

How do I use the first-shoot offer?

Choose your eligible property city and First shoot in the online request. You can also mention the San Joaquin offer by phone or email. The $199 rate applies to your first eligible photography shoot; the regular rate is $249. Optional add-ons are separate, and there is no subscription.

When will the photographs arrive?

Include your listing deadline in the online request. The owner confirms delivery timing with you before booking, so you know when to expect your finished files.
