How this website works and how Lockbox uses the information you choose to share.
Using this website
This website has optional online photography request forms; it does not collect payments or use advertising pixels. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides website-usage and performance measurements; our page code does not record contact-button clicks. The map and residential pricing controls run in your browser and do not request your device location. City and ZIP suggestions use a lookup included with the page; your search is not sent to a lookup provider. ZIP entry asks you to confirm the property city before applying residential rates. Only the confirmed city, not the entered ZIP, is carried to the planner. The residential pricing selector uses the package, size category and selected rate to display applicable photography prices. Optional extras can be chosen on the pricing page or in the planner. Continuing to the planner carries the selected package and those choices in the part of the link after #, which is not sent in the page request to the server. The planner removes that part from its address bar after reading it. A copied link or your browser's history may still retain it. We do not put property addresses, dates or private notes in these links, or use cookies or browser storage to remember your choices. Commercial and rental-property inquiries are entered directly on their respective pages; those details are sent only when you choose Send. Nothing is sent to Lockbox until you submit a request or contact us by phone, text or email.
Your shoot-planning draft
The shoot planner uses the details you enter to prepare a draft in your browser. Those details are not automatically sent or stored by our website. If you choose Send request to Lockbox, the contact details and draft are sent to our form processor as described below. Open email to send opens your email app with the draft; nothing is transmitted through that option until you choose Send there. Copying puts the brief on your clipboard, and downloading creates a text file on your device. Your browser may retain form values through its own autofill or navigation features. Use Clear all to clear the page's fields and draft. A request does not confirm a booking, price or delivery date.
Online photography requests
When you send a request through the website, your name, contact details and photography brief go to Formspark, which screens submissions for spam, stores them in the Lockbox account and emails a notification to sales@lockboxmediaco.com. The notification is handled by Google Workspace. We use these details to reply and plan the requested work. Please do not include access codes, identity documents or other sensitive details. A success message means the form service accepted the request, not that a shoot is booked. To ask for correction or deletion, contact Lockbox using the details below.
When you call, text or email
The Lockbox owner handles customer inquiries. Contact information and listing details you share are used to respond to your inquiry and discuss the work you agree on.
Inquiries welcome anytime · Office visits by appointment
Calls and texts take place through your phone and telecommunications provider, outside this website. That provider handles your number and communication details under its own practices. This website does not record calls or texts or confirm whether a message was received.
Email sent to sales@lockboxmediaco.com is delivered through Google Workspace. Google processes sender, message and delivery information to provide the mailbox. This website does not store the email or confirm that it was received.
For an initial inquiry, the property city, timing and photography needs are enough. Please keep lockbox codes and sensitive property-access details out of an initial inquiry.
Hosting and technical information
Hosting and access providers may process technical information such as an IP address, browser details, request time and requested page to deliver and protect this website.
