LOCKBOX MEDIA CO. / RENTALS & STAYS
Make the place
easy to picture.
Property photography for vacation rentals, long-term rentals and independent places to stay across our Northern California service area. Tell us what guests or renters need to see; we’ll confirm a shot list, availability and a custom quote for the actual property.

A useful gallery starts with what the visitor needs to understand.
THE RIGHT SHOT LIST
Different properties. Different plans.
Every quote is based on the spaces, image needs and intended use you share with us.
SHORT-TERM STAYS
Vacation rentals & co-hosts
Show the home room by room, including bathrooms, exterior views and the amenities guests will actually find. We can prepare an ordered photo set for Airbnb, Vrbo, other booking sites and your direct website, with the allowed uses written into your quote.
LONG-TERM RENTALS
Property managers & leasing
Show the specific unit, its layout and the features a renter needs to compare. For several units or a building’s shared spaces, ask about a coordinated shoot plan.
SMALL LODGING
Independent inns & hotels
Room types, bathrooms, entry, common spaces and amenities call for a larger shot list. Tell us about the property and intended channels; we’ll discuss a custom scope.
BEFORE WE BOOK
One clear agreement.
We’ll agree on the areas to photograph, edited-image quantity, file formats, where you may use the photos, total price and delivery timing before confirming an appointment. Ask about aerials, a floor plan, twilight coverage or a vertical reel if those would help; we’ll confirm feasibility and price separately.
Residential home-sale packages and the five-city first-shoot promotion are for their published listing scope. Rental and hospitality projects receive their own quote. Photography should reflect the property and its available features accurately.
START HERE
Tell us about your property.
Share the city, type of property and what you need photographed. The owner will reply about scope, availability and a final quote. Sending a request does not book a shoot.
Please keep lockbox codes, guest details and sensitive tenant information out of the initial request.
