Starting prices cover one home up to 1,500 sq ft. Virtual twilight and virtual staging each cover one finished image. Larger 3D scans, extra images, custom domains, travel, unusual access and special coverage may affect the final total. All media requires advance availability confirmation; drone work also depends on flight permission and weather. Your scope, final total, shoot time and delivery deadline are confirmed before booking.

Essential covers listing photography. Listing Pro adds a 2D floor plan and aerial photographs; Social Pro also adds a filmed vertical reel for social channels. Those extras require advance confirmation, and aerials depend on flight permission and weather.
Can I request a shoot without calling?
Yes. Choose a package, enter your property details, review the request, then add your contact information and send it directly to Lockbox. The owner confirms your appointment, total and delivery deadline personally. Sending a request does not reserve a date.
What does listing photography cost?
Essential photography starts at $229, Listing Pro at $349 and Social Pro at $499 for one home up to 1,500 sq ft. Published size supplements apply. The separate five-city San Joaquin photo offer remains $199 for a first eligible shoot or $249 regular, up to 2,500 sq ft. When will I receive the photographs?

Are travel and add-ons included?
Each package lists its inclusions. Requested extras and any travel charge are confirmed in the final total before booking. The separate San Joaquin photography offer includes local travel in its five named cities.
